Registration Info

The con main events take place at the site 'Ferme de Jean' in Heeze. There is also a camping close to the main con site, which will precede the main con. There are different arrangements available, depending on whether you take the camping or not, and whether you stay for the entire con duration or only during the weekend, see arrangements. If you want to register, fill in the registration form. All registered furs get a nice EF4 badge!

Main Con Site

Eurofurence 4 will take place in the following location:

The site will be open for visitors starting at Saturday 1 August, 16:00. Visitors have to leave again at Wednesday 5 August at 12:00. See the site info for a description of Ferme de Jean. The beds have mattresses, but you need to bring along a pillow (even better, bring along lots of plushies, and a Meeko as pillow ? :o), a sleeping bag or sheets and blankets.

Camping

The camping site is:

This site will be available from Friday 31 July14:00 to Saturday 1 August 16:00. The camping has been added especially to give furs who can't take a vacation during the first week of August a chance to come along! But any fur who wants to stay at the camping is welcome also to register for the camping side. Besides, camping with furries is great fun!
If you have a tent, please bring it along. If not, you can share a tent with furries of your choice (better ask them first ;o) or ask the EF4 staff in advance to provide one.

Arrangements

there are three possibilities for staying at Eurofurence 4:

Deadline

The official 'deadline' for the registration has been set to 1 June 1998. Previously a fine of NLG 10/ DM 9 has been set to registering after the deadline, but this fine has been cancelled: furs who register after 1 June pay the same con fee as the furs who registered before. If you have paid the fee and the extra amount already, you get a refund of the NLG 10/ DM 9 fine. Contact Sam or Cougar for more info. If you are going to EF4, we still want to ask you to register in advance if possible... it makes life easier for us.

Payment

There are two ways of payment:

1. Through bank transfer:
   If you live in Germany, this is the easiest way to pay. If you live outside Germany, your bank will probably charge extra for this service, and you can better pay by sending money (see below). Transfer your payment in German currency to:

   As a description, mention 'Payment EF4 by:' and then your real name.
2. Through snail mail:
   If you live outside Germany, it's cheaper to send your money by post. This is how to proceed: write a note in which you mention 'payment EF4 by' and then your real name. Wrap your money (German or Dutch currency) in the note, and put it in an envelope. Try to be "discrete"; one should not be able to guess that the envelope contains money, because otherwise it may get "lost" on the way. If you got everything ready, send it to:
