Description of the Con Site

All main events of Eurofurence 4 will take place at the site Ferme de Jean in Heeze. This site will be open to furs starting at Saturday 1 August. There will be a camping one day earlier at a location in the vicinity, see registration info.

Ferme de Jean

Ferme de Jean is a large but cozy conference site in the middle of a peaceful rural area in the southern part of the Netherlands, called Brabant. The site is close to a forest and a heath. Ferme de Jean constists of two large buildings, one with 50 beds, the other with a 100. The overall facility measures 3Ha and contains a barbecue/fire-place area, an animal hugging farm (goats and ponies) and large grass surfaces wich seem to be inteded for doing some sporting activities, but are also perfect for just laying around lazily.

Site Layout

The large building (building 1) has two levels. The bedrooms are upstairs and the dining-room, large kitchen (stove with 10 burners), bathrooms etc. are on the base level.

The second building (building 2) has one level. There is a smaller kitchen, for making coffee and stuff. There are a lot of small bedrooms. There are two activity rooms: one for the art show/ dealers den and one for the video show.

The site is surrounded by plenty of space. There are a lot of game playing fields. Don't forget to bring along yer balls.
