There are a number of changes that had to be made to the full rule set because
of external or administrative requirements. These changes are listed here.
Quarter panels are no longer available. The smallest unit of panel assignment is now a half panel.
Quarter panels were rarely used and caused major complications in the Art Show layout.

Panel requests will require confirmation. Due to an increasing number
of no-shows and people who bring significantly less art than announced, the Show
will now send you a confirmation request before the convention. You need to
respond to this mail to express your persisting interest and your ability to
fill the assigned panel space (naturally, you may reduce your panel space as
well).

Separate General / Mature sections. Up to now, we had a rating
system for panel assignments, but this was only used for placement within
the same room, with little separation between sections. Starting with
this year's show, we will have a stricter separation between G/PG and R/X
segments. You will need to state the number of panels you request separately
for each section.
