So, you are an artist? A sculptor? A painter? Your topic is furry, and you are looking for the place to show your works to the public? Then the Eurofurence Art Show is just the event for you! The Eurofurence Art Show is one of Europe's major display / sales exhibitions for furry-themed artwork. Everybody who has an interest in furry art is wholeheartedly invited to take part.

Who can participate? Do I need an invitation?

What are the costs?
Well, and that's the good news: It's free. Eurofurence offers the Art Show as a complimentary service to artists. We do not charge a fee for panels, and we do not charge a percentage of the sales.(Read more...)
How big are the panels? How many can I get?
Each full panel has a size of 2m x 1m. You can get half a panel (1m x 1m) or a quarter panel (0.5m x 1m) if you don't need a full one. You can express a request for up to four panels (in steps of quarter panels) with your registration; however, we cannot guarantee that you will get the full number of ordered panels. The number of allocated panels will be decided at registration deadline and depends on a number of factors, first and foremost – but not limited to – the booking state of the show. I do sculptures. Can I get a table?
Sure. You can order a table instead of a panel. We do need to know beforehand, though, so make sure that request is included in your registration. Please note that you are responsible for the protection of the artwork yourself. If your art breaks easily, bring a showcase or a cover to discourage patrons who "look with their fingers". What am I allowed to display?
The Art Show displays furry art in the widest sense of the word. Adult art is allowed. However, due to German law, the following topics are not allowed and will be rejected: Nazi symbols, rape, child abuse, bestiality, or excessive violence. Depictions of "messy" fetishes likely to disgust a majority of viewers are discouraged. Can I do photos? Glass etchings? Plaster casts?
Yes, the medium of your art is up to you. You just need to ensure that you display it in a proper way (framed or matted) and that the technical quality of your art reproduction is good. (Read more...)
Can I sell prints?
The Art Show prefers original works, or at least limited prints. If you want to sell unlimited prints, you will need to get a place in the Dealers' Den instead.(Read more...)

How do I sign up?
The online registration can be found here. You will be asked about:
- Your full name and snailmail address
- Your registration/badge number (or that of your agent) if available
- Contact information: Email address and/or phone number
- The maximum age rating of your work (nice, nude, naughty, XXX; see here), and the number of panels/tables you would like to have (see here).
- If you have an online gallery, a link please
- A password and user name for your account
Through your password and user name you can later change your information, including your panel order, enter artwork for the show online, and print bidsheets for finished art.(Read more...)
If you need more information, or would like to issue a special request, you are welcome to write a mail to the Art Show managers under this address.
When is the deadline?
The deadline for registration is May 1st. Theoretically, you can still register after that date, but you may not get a free panel any more, so please register as soon as possible.
If the show sells out early - when we get so many applications that we need to make significant cuts in assigned panels - the show may be closed prematurely.
Where can I download the forms/bidsheets?
There are no physical forms. Artists' registration for the show, artwork registration, and bidsheet printing are performed through a specialized web application, which can be found here.
Who are the Art Show directors?
Responsible for all aspects of the Art Show - artist relations, signup, technics, hanging and setup - are Cairyn and Blue_Panther. If you have any questions, just send them a mail to this address. Include "EF 15 Art Show" in the topic to avoid any problems with spam filters.
Are there any more rules?
This is just the short version of the Art Show rules. By participating in the Art Show, you agree to all rules and regulations stated in the full document.
