Jugenddorf am Müggelsee
This year's EuroFurence is going to take place in a holiday camp in
the south-east of Berlin. The facility is called 'Jugenddorf am Müggelsee'
and lies directly at the shore of a lake.
The guests are going to stay in bungalows with 2 to 8 beds each which lie beautifully between the trees of a small forest.
In the middle of the facility there is a large meadow with an open air stage. There's also a possibility to have a camp fire. The lake offers a wide variety of possibilities like swimming, diving, surfing, sailing, drowning, etc.
There is an outdoor swimming facility next to the con site, but besides of that there's no neighbourhood to speak of. Still, the site can be easily reached by public transport and car: We have a tram stop right next to the front door, so you can reach the city center in about half an hour.
