There are a number of changes that had to be made to the full rule set because
of external or administrative requirements. These changes are listed here.
- The infamous "youth porn" rule. This is a legal issue
that had to be implemented. No, we are not happy.

- Decoration of panels is prohibited. This issue was discussed
extensively; both sites have good arguments. We decided to stay with
the essentials, though, and restrict the decoration.

- Registration by mail. The automated system from last year ran into
a number of technical limitations with browser settings and caused some
confusion, so we will set up the online account for you as a service.

- No deadline for panel distribution. Panels will be assigned
immediately, (mostly) first come, first served. There will be no more
deadline, late assessment, and percental distribution.

- No mail-in artwork permitted. This service from past years has not
been used a lot before, and is now discontinued. Please use an agent to bring
the artwork to Eurofurence.

- The Art Show does not advance money. If artwork is sold but neither
picked up nor paid for, it is the artist's responsibility to enforce the contract.

- New show room — more panels. In the new hotel, more panel space
will be available, and the new Art Show layout will be much more generous
and spacy.
