The Eurofurence 15 overflow hotel

The Golden Tulip Hotel is a four-star hotel located in the city of Suhl, about a 5 Minute drive away from the Ringberg Hotel. The hotel has a total capacity of 120 rooms. A block of 80 rooms has been reserved for us, and can be booked at a special convention rate.

How to Book

Booking a room at the overflow hotel is completely separated from your Eurofurence registration. Eurofurence does NOT handle the booking for the Golden Tulip Hotel, and we also do not assign room partners for double or triple rooms. This also implies that you have to register and pay seperately for your hotel room and for the convention itself. If you want to attend Eurofurence and stay at the Golden Tulip Hotel, you'll have to simply follow these easy steps:

• If you have not already registered for EF15, please go to our Registration Website and fill out a fresh registration form. If you're already registered, please log in with your username and password that has been mailed to you earlier.
  
  
• Select the "no room" option, which will tell us that you do NOT want to remain on the waiting list for a room at the Ringberg Hotel.
  
  
• Call the Golden Tulip hotel, and make a room reservation. Make sure to specifically mention that you want a room for the EUROFURENCE con rate! If you forget to do this, you might end up paying a lot more for your room. Unfortunately their online booking system does not seem to support special tariffs, so we recommend making a reservation by phone or sending an email to info@goldentulipsuhl.com

Room Rates

The room rates are special EF15 convention rates. When making the reservation for your hotel room, you must specifically request the EUROFURENCE rate. The con rate will be available from Tuesday August 25th to Monday August 31st:

• Single Room: 49€ per night
• Double Room: 69€ per night (equals 34,50€ per person per night)
• Triple Room: 99€ per night (equals 33€ per person per night)

Breakfast is not included in these prices, but can be additionally booked for a small extra surcharge. The Golden Tulip Hotel also allows dogs for an extra daily fee.
