What is the Dealer's Den?

In the "Dealer's Den" artists and vendors can offer their products for sale, including artwork, comics, books, music ... you name it. It is also the right place for artists who want to offer commissions like badges, images, figures, fursuits or whatever. Everyone may apply for one or more tables for presentation of their products or services.

Opening Times

The Dealers Den will be open each afternoon from Thursday to Saturday. The exact times will be announced in the conbook. Before and after the opening times, dealers will get some extra time to set up their tables and get themselves ready. During the times the Dealer's Den is closed, the rooms will be locked down. That means, it is possible to leave your table set up over night. However, please be aware that we can't take responsibility for merchandise left in the dealer's room over night.

How to register as a dealer

You must be a registered member of the convention in order to sell merchandise in the dealer's den. In order to reserve a table, please write a email to dealers@eurofurence.org and let us know ...
  • ... your nick name
  • ... your registration number
  • ... how many tables you need (and how many chairs)
  • ... what kind of merchandise you would like to sell
Please also let us know about any special wishes you might have, like "Can I get a table next to ..." or "I need a power socket, can I get a place near of one?". We won't be able to fulfill all requests, but we'll do our best.

What does it cost?

Dealer tables are free, however, we might limit the space available for each individual dealer depending on how much demand for space there will be.

Deadline

Tables are assigned on a first come, first served basis. The deadline for dealer registrations is August 26th.

Rules

Preferred Merchandise

Because we're a furry convention, your goods or services should be of interest to furry fans. We know that it's hard to draw a strict line, so we'll leave it at saying that furry merchandise will be preferred.

Prohibited Merchandise

Generally, the Dealer's Den is an adults-only area, so adult oriented materials may be sold. However, we would like to ask our dealers to apply some common sense. Furthermore, the following categories are off-limits:

  • Everything that violates german laws, including (but not limited to) weapons, weapon look-alikes, illegal drugs, pornograpy depicting pedophilia or zoophila.
  • Additionally, we do not allow the sales of certain items such as sex toys and other items that the management of the Dealers Room deems inappropriate. If you are unsure if your merchandise might fall under any of these categories, please drop us an email and ask :)
  • Because of hotel regulations, it is not allowed to sell open food or beverages. The sales of beverages in closed containers may be permitted in special cases.
